These rules and terms apply to every stay with Cornerstone Workforce Housing. By booking, you agree to them.
Reserving your room
Your first week's rent is paid up front to reserve your room. After that, rent is due weekly, in advance.
Rates
Rates may change with notice. The rate shown at checkout applies to the week you pay for.
Smoking & drugs
No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal drugs anywhere on the property.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. Many residents work early or overnight shifts — please be considerate at all hours.
Guests
Guests must be approved by management in advance. Overnight guests are not allowed without approval.
Shared spaces
Respect shared spaces. Clean up after yourself, keep the kitchen clean, and leave common areas and bathrooms the way you'd want to find them.
Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval from management.
Parking & storage (Umatilla)
The truck, trailer and equipment parking add-on at our Umatilla home is for registered residents and registered vehicles only.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled case by case. Please contact us as soon as possible at (352) 801-2020.
Ending a stay
Management may end a stay for violations of these rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
